What's in a title?
I've drilled with a step bit on my last one and hole saws on the most recent, I'll definitely be getting a knockout set for the next one.
I didn't either until I clicked on the link and the app I have popped up, looks like I will buy 1 as I was in this thread for raceway suggestions for my 2 lv6548'sNope. Oh well. I only spent 100$
I'm sure i can find more to buy !
Thanks for the idea! You saved me pain, again.I've drilled with a step bit on my last one and hole saws on the most recent, I'll definitely be getting a knockout set for the next one.
Same here. I used to use the step-bit to get to the pin size for the larger diameter punches but the step bit throws so much slag everywhere. Way too messy (and painful).you can drill a hole for the smallest punch and use the punch to get the larger hole for the larger diameter punches. thats how I do it.
Step drill, followed by Temco TH0004 (they include a step drill which is nice).you can drill a hole for the smallest punch and use the punch to get the larger hole for the larger diameter punches. thats how I do it.
I keep telling myself, don't cut yourself, don't cut yourself.Same here. I used to use the step-bit to get to the pin size for the larger diameter punches but the step bit throws so much slag everywhere. Way too messy (and painful).
I bought mine at the same place and they sent it LTL also..Bought mine at Gordon. Here's a 6x6x60 with welded end caps which makes a nice finish versus a screw end cap:
$133.
I bought an 8x8x48 for my setup. No complaints.

Only weird things is that they sent it LTL truck on a pallet instead of by UPS or FedEx. It was free shipping, though I'm not sure that is the case now.

I believe the rear heatsink portion doesn't begin until further up the inverter, I e. it's not dependent on air flow where it's touching the wireway.I like the way you just butted the whole wireway against the inverter. I assume that doesn't meet code, nor meet the space around inverter requirements specified by the manufacturers.. but talk about a cool thing to do.![]()
Yeah, the rear heatsink on that NHX/Sungoldpower 10k starts up higher than that.I believe the rear heatsink portion doesn't begin until further up the inverter, I e. it's not dependent on air flow where it's touching the wireway.
