hello all....

I id do a small system using solar suitcases in a shuttle bus I converted, but now im building out a much larger trailer and will have to design for a larger system. Im retired on SS very limited income, so I'm trying to get the best I can with good alternatives to victron energy to try and save a few bucks.

Here is what I need:
I will need at least a 3000w inverter, an ac to dc charger, maybe a dc to dc charger, a charge controller, four lipo batteries, with 2 more at a later date, hopefully have about 1000w+ on the roof, one of the things I will be using is a heat press for t-shirts, it draws 1700 watts and a 2000w inverter or gen could not keep up. basically, all the other equipment is a lot less draw and of course the usual 12v lights, refrig, etc.

any suggestions would be appreciated

thanks
JT

All In One units have inverter, solar charger, AC charger in one box.

unpdate: I am now just starting to finish up my cargo trailer conversion I haven't had a whole lot of time to work on it but now it's coming close to the end I'm just now getting started on figuring out what I want to do with the solar attached is my wiring plan etcetera take a look I know I need a couple fuses in certain areas not exactly sure what size yet but any suggestions would be helpful

I'm looking into the 300 amp hour batteries are there any good ones out there I'm looking at this because of space savings in my cargo trailer

No attach

If you are going to use that style 300amp breaker realize it is thermal verse magnetic and it will get very hot during use. Better a class T fuse instead. And unless the batteries have a built in breaker add a MRBF sized to 25% over max current of the battery to each positive post.

Better to blow a fuse than the van
