Hello everyone,

I haven’t found much information about Sunket Power online and I’m hoping someone here can help me out. I’ve received an offer for:

  • 68 panels: 182mm 16BB 108 cells 415-435W N-Type Mono Half Cell PV Module Series
  • 1 Solar Hybrid Inverter:
    • Type: 30KW HV Hybrid Inverter
    • String PV Inverter
    • Efficiency: >97%
    • Waterproof and dustproof grade: IP65
    • AC 400V 50/60Hz three-phase output
    • Working Temp: -25℃~60℃
    • RS485 or WIFI
    • Anti-islanding, input reverse polarity, overcurrent, overvoltage protection
  • 1 LFP9-30kWh HV Energy Storage Battery
It feels a bit strange that I haven't received a datasheet or a precise model number for the inverter yet. This makes me a bit skeptical. Additionally, it's odd that there is so little information and few customer experiences about Sunket online, especially considering they claim to be such a large company.

Has anyone here had any experience with solar panels or batteries from Sunket? Do they work reliably? Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Just googled 30kw sunket seems very misleading....the 30kw set they offer for the fabulous price of $2000 is infact a 2.4kw rebranded inverter with a cheap gel battery and atleast from the photos a bunch of old poly panels, personally I'd cancel the transaction and run.
Let us know your requirements as far as what your planning to do with your solar and we should be able to point you in a better direction I should add they say they're a manufacturer but atleast from my point of view the hybrid inverters they offer are rebranded SRNE so I wouldn't trust a word they say though I could be completely wrong.

I have now received the data sheets for the components on offer and would like to hear the opinions of other members. Here are the details of the offer:

  1. Solar Panels: Sunket SKT430M10-108S1, 430Wp
    • Power: 430 Wp
    • Voltage at Max Power (Vmp): 31.89 V
    • Current at Max Power (Imp): 13.49 A
    • Efficiency: 21.3%
    • Dimensions: 1722x1134x30 mm
    • Weight: 23.4 kg
    • Certifications: TUV/UL, CE
  2. Inverter: SUN-30K-SG01HP3-EU-BM3
    • Type: 30KW HV Hybrid Inverter
    • Efficiency: >97%
    • Waterproof and Dustproof: IP65
    • AC Output: 400V, 50/60Hz, Three-phase
    • Operating Temperature: -25°C to 60°C
    • Communication: RS485, WiFi
  3. Battery: LFP9-30kWh HV Energy Storage Battery
    • Capacity: 30 kWh
    • Cycle Life: >6000 cycles at 90% DoD
    • Nominal Voltage: 51.2V
    • Dimensions: 645x585x225 mm
    • Weight: 120 kg
    • Certifications: CE, UN38.3, IEC62619, IEC63056
I have attached all data sheets.
Now that I have the detailed technical data, what should I make of this offer?

Thank you all in advance for your time and help!

Just to clarify the nominal voltage on the battery is incorrect it should read 576v volts and the dimensions seem completely irrelevant I'd recheck with the supplier and get them to verify exactly what battery your getting.

Only other thing is the price of the inverter seems very cheap I'd suggest @houseofancients knows more seen as he's the resident Deye expert.

They were in Munich at the show.

I also had contact with the guy (Aaron) who is listed on the TÜV Rheinland website.

This is their YouTube account:

And still I am so scared that I will be scammed.

So best I can suggest is make sure any emails your sending receiving are going through the correct channels IE sales@sunket.cn and make sure when you purchase it's going through a secure payment method IE Visa credit card they seem to be a PV panel/ess case manufacturer for sure.certain this seem to be out of place but that can also be down to poor marketing.
