I'll try making this short, but detailed so I can hopefully get help.
March 2023 I bought 1 EG4 3000ehv aio inverter (vers.2) and 2 EG4 LL 48V server rack batteries with the lcd screens. I bought 4 380W solar panels after I had everything. I wired and connected everything myself. This whole setup has run perfectly smooth until last week June 5th. I woke up to my 60W led light being off (need for senior dog) which I 1st thought it was the bulb till I opened the fridge which was also off. I got my voltmeter and checked my 4 gang 110 outlet box and there was no power. I shut the whole system down and turned it back on.
1. Batteries 2. Inverter 3. PV array
The lcd screen shut off and I started smelling a burning plastic smell. I immediately shut it off and contacted Signature Solar.

They sent out a "new" replacement inverter on Friday the 7th and received it on Tuesday the 11th. I unpacked and connected EVERYTHING exactly the same as the last time (ran smooth for 15months). I turned it on 1. Batteries 2.Inverter and NEVER even touched the PV/DC isolator, when the lcd screen shut off and again, that horrible stench of burning plastic.
Called the next day (Wed.12th) and just today, Friday afternoon after calling to ask why hasn't anyone called me, I was told I would receive a call before 2pm (in 3hrs he said), that didn't happen so I called again and was told I had to schedule a call with a level 2 tech even though hours before I was told I would hear from the tech (call) in a few hours. The NEXT opening for a call is next week Tuesday 18th. I wouldn't mind much if the inverter wasn't dead so they can walk me through something but this thing is caput. I'm running a generator (gas) right now just so my poor animals are safe and don't get a heat stroke. I really don't know where it went wrong and I solar is my ONLY power, I'm completely off grid. If anyone can help or have any input that would be nice. Sorry for the long read, I tried making it short.

Any updates for the thread?
Well, oh man, were do I start? Maybe I'll post the email that will explain EVERYTHING that has happened with Signature Solar. At the end, after spending close to $1,000 on gasoline and oil on my generator cause I'm completely off grid, Signature Solar told me I'd have to wait till mid August for the 6000xp which was part of a deal that was made with them (they didn't follow through). When this all started the person who helped me was amazing and listened, I felt hear (June 6th). Once this tier 2 tech and their supervisor got involved it went to crap. Just this Friday (July 12th) I made a deal and just accepted to get a replacement for the 3000kW inverter, with free shipping, thank God. The deal that was made with the 1st person (supervisor) was that I would get the 3000kW inverter in the meantime till I got the 6000xp and then I'd ship out the 3000kW back and I'd get credited back the money, minus restocking fee. That obviously isn't happening now cause I canceled the 6000xp with them and ordered (Santan Solar) and already have the 6000xp. Just need a couple things and I'll have Solar again. I just don't understand how they can treat off grid customers the way they did me. Pretty sure you can tell this left a horrible effing taste in my mouth.
