Active cell balancer...that works?

Question on the QNBBM. I rewired my BYD's from the useless Molex connector to JST-XH so I can use a cell meter on each, or a battgo if more info needed. Which connector does this balancer use? Can you provide a pic of the cable? Thanks.

Disregard. Found good pictures online. There is no connector, like the bms's....bms'....? Anyway, straight wires, nice.

I started a whole thread on this topic :D no consensus between BMS', BMS's, BMSes, BMS (plural), and just spelling out the whole term.. Now I confuse myself and can't even stick to the same spelling anymore

late last year I tried the capacitive 5 amp It didn't do anything. then the 1.2 amp inductive. It got so hot so fast I pulled it. Even a large heatsink would not work. so a bit ago I decided to try again. (I bought the newer versions) I found that both work, but not real well the inductive 1.2 amp unit works but the capacitive needs a much higher differential to see 5 amps It did transfer under an amp. but to a couple of cells.

I've decided to go with the QNBBM. It's pricey but fortunately only need one. Any place in the US that has stock? If I have to go the china route, which seller?

Seems to be working well. Prior to using this, i get into abs/Float Voltage phase with cell 2 and 7 having 3.7v and yhr rest are 3.4, now everything are almost the same voltage. Happy with it and i bought similar unit but 4s. same results. Second pic is the model for 4s, no need to solder, amd now has a brand name

Here is the Alibaba, Aliexpress, and Website for Heltec BMS (the maker of the BMS pictured above right)

They sell 'capacitive' and 'inductance' active balancers, as well as an active balancing BMS
