Testing parameters of LiFePO4 battery bank?

I've gathered several LiFePO batteries of 12Ah/12.8V but didn't understand the complications in the performance on the different nature of loads. What parameters should I can fix for testing & comparing these batteries?

Testing individually? In series? Parallel? Alone ?

What exactly is it you want to find out about your batteries? Capacity? Maximum load capability?

I have to use these batteries in different applications like EV two-wheeler, emergency light backup, portable bank, 10-20watt DC loads & others. For this I get batteries from different manufacturers in India, however, these manufacturers just imported the cells from China & assemble the battery bank here only. Now what I have noticed is every battery pack is not giving a similar backup so I need to put down a comparison chart of individual battery performance. Can you suggest the testing parameters for this other than terminal voltage, max charging/discharging current & capacity?

I would start with the manufacturers data sheet.
They will have most if not all of the Specifications there and you can build your tests around their unique specifications.
