I suggest you to change the settings exactly as in the attached picture. These settings have worked perfectly for me for months. The following points are important:
1. automatic sleep time on: 65535 (otherwise the BMS switches off after 1h if no charge/discharge current flows).
2. the value in level 1 must not be the same as in level 2 (the DALY support told me that this could cause problems).
3. Set the rated capacity to your value (280 Ah).
4. set the SOC value to 100% when each cell has more than 3.40 volts when charging.
If the cells are well TOP balanced, then the cell voltage in the range above 3.40 volts should be only a few mV apart (10-30mV) at charging currents around 10-20 amps. otherwise the cells are not well balanced. Then you have to make a new TOP balancing.
If you charge the batteries and leave the PC software on the data monitoring you will see the reason for the BMS shutdown when the BMS turns off (Alarm List). E.g. cell volatage high or so. This would then show you what the problem is.
