Best way to cover these terminals.

What is the best way to cover these large flat terminal surface areas? Tape?
These cells will be part of a 4S or 2P4S pack.

That kinda depends on the physical layout of the system. I generally have my cells in a box with a cover and do not try to cover the individual terminals. Some people tape over them. Other folks had made 3D Printed cell caps like the Fortune cells have.

I just had a thought. Spray on flexseal or plastidip.

Or liquid electrical tape.....

Flexseal or liguid electrical tape would work....till you want to take things apart.... then it would be a mess.

I am all for using a cover over the whole thing. Any product that will give the entire battery post coverage will goop it up for tightening, etc. I am building my batteries into an under bed storage space. Other than dropping a tool on them when doing the installation, they simply don't need protection as far as I care.
