Where to place less capacity cells in the battery?

Just thinking if the less Ah cells should be in the middle of the pack, or at the start / end of the pack. Just see the video from Will where he’s testing the rack batteries and got shocked the differences in volts and amps depending on the placement…

For a series pack it should make no difference, all the cells will be drained at the same amps.
