Using 120a overkill for 300a load via contactor

Hi all

If a BMS noticed a voltage drop would it change the SOC % on the app even though the current was running outside of the BMS ?

Appreciate it won’t be anywhere near accurate but wondered if the SOC % would move at all ?

The plan is to use by 120a overkill BMS to switch a direct load via contactor, so when I get to a low battery state, the contactor turns off

Bought a Daly 300 but not find the app usable.

Thanks

SOC will mostly just move based upon what goes through the BMS. So not much. There are some voltage settings to help correct the SOC% but that will not be near as accurate. Pretty much the shut down to open the contactor will be based upon battery voltage.

I went with 2x OK BMS to control two batteries to get enough to drive a 2000w inverter.
