Available quality battery brands in Europe?

I'm probably opening an endless discussion here but, does anyone has some advice for quality batteries in available in Europe? I know Will, and many others, speak highly of BattleBorn and SOK but, BattleBorn doesn't deliver in Europe, and the latter only has batteries to large for my demands.

I would need a battery around 80Ah. To be on the safe side I like to round that up to 100Ah on a 24v system. So I'm looking for 2x 50, maybe 60A batteries. Preferable of a quality brand.
You can find 100's of examples on Amazon and many more on other internet sites. But, what are the things to look out for in a selection?
Yes I'll get manufacturer history, online reviews etc, But how can you tell someting of the quality when shopping online? Certain details? Spec's?
No DIY battery parts please.

All advice appreciated.

And this: Does anyone know if this brand is any good for inverters?? NOVOPAL

1000W --> 24V to 230V + USB remote. Amazon rating 4,5 /5 on almost 700 reviews (doesn't look bad)
 
Too bad you aren't into diy because I would have said GWL off the top of my head.

Perhaps your best bet is to watch some of Will's 100ah teardown videos of the clones, see if they have features you need, like low-temp disconnect, quality bms, good construction, and cross your fingers like we all do at these low ah ranges.

Most of the nicer quality clone makers have 50ah models.

You didn't state your demands, but if you are going LFP designed for a "storage" application, that means one does NOT try to use them for vehicle starting, nor vehicular motive power.
 
GWL is THE best. I've had a pack of Winstons for like 15y and they are still pristine. But they are expensive as hell.
But best bang for the back used to be Amy. I bought like 80 280Ah cells from her so far and it was always a top notch experience.

Sure enough, but they are capable of true motive-power applications. Sustained high-c and so forth. Classic old-school days, that still work.

Awesome. Might not be the best idea for motive-power applications though. Maybe a grey-area like a trolling-motor.

Reminds me - we don't know the Ops application! Motive power or storage? Could make a difference.
 
Maybe still diy but possibly lessen a concern - I notice that GWL for an extra fee will clean up the busbars and terminals, charge them up to check them out. Probably discharged and disassembled prior to shipping I suppose. Maybe if they are small enough, ship them out as a working battery you slap your bms on?

Dunno, but maybe a possibility for those interested. Call them if this stuff floats your boat.
 
I second GWL. found them an excellent company , bought PV and batteries. They also understand the ADF shipping requirements for lithium.

-->Storage. Sorry, never thought about mentioning that since I never thought of solar starting up vehicles...

Checking all your guys answers so far. Amazon has good return policies yes, but if un-used in 14days. I was hoping for some long term experiances. --> will check out GWL. I imagine this is available in Europe ( seeing the location from some people who replied.

Just be careful - the "drop-in's" that are in your amperage range, and conveniently are just 4 prismatics inside a box, do NOT have a bms. They rely on finely matched cells to operate.

Which means YOU have to be very careful about your charge voltage. You'll also want to be adding your own external LVD, or low voltage disconnect. And of course fusing!

So first time out unless you want to go this admittedly diy'ish route, overall you might be better off going Amazon with a reputable brand as far as we can all tell, and cross fingers. Will's videos points some of them out. And they all come with a bms.

I'm just saying that it's best to know one's capability or interest.

You spoke well. And interest enough, but capability wise; I feel like I'm just on the first step of a long learning curve ?

That's why I said no diy parts please, unless it's plug and play level.
I want to get more familiar with the real deal now I'm starting to leave my testing/experimenting phase.
Once I understand what you guys are all babbeling about I might burn my fingers on DIY.
For the moment I like to stick with factory ready batteries
