Is this discoloration on my panel a problem?

I'm away from my panels at the moment, but my installer came to collect one to build some frames for them and sent me this picture of discoloration on the top panel in my stack. Any idea what could have caused this and if it's a big issue? Will the panel still work and still supply full power?

The panels are Sunpower Maxeon 3 400w panels.

Hard to say from that photo whether it's the Silicone or the anti-reflective coating on the polycarbonate.

The smaller dots look like something oily splattered on it. Clean it with the least abrasive thing you can find.

I bought some used panels that needed some TLC. I used the least aggressive car polish (not wax) that I had and it cleaned the glass nicely.

I thought of using a buffing tool with just distilled water

I actually just used non-ammonia window cleaner and a fluffy rag last time.
