SOK promo codes ???

Hi Folks

does anyone have a active promo code for SOK they could PM me plz

I don’t think there are active promo codes floating around, but could be mistaken. Consider going with currentconnected for their proven customer service. Being able to get possible problems handled is worth far more than 5 percent off.

That for me, was the biggest drawback with SOK

There customer service and warranty

You only just got to read there return policy, its not good

And what's more, I could not determine where they expect a warranty claim battery to be shipped back too???

I am in the uk and they do not specifically state if returns under warranty are shipped too

I could end up paying to return faulty items back to the far east or wherever they come from AND AT MY EXPENSE!!!

I know of these guys, at the time of my question, I was unaware of Fogstars new arrival dates, as there batteries where on back order, having spoken to Ben on another thread in this group, I am glad to say I have just ordered my batteries Via Fogstar
