Does anyone have or can you let me know the direct email address for schneider se technical?
I have the webpage, but the links I am selecting revert me to places I don't want to be lol
I VERY quick rundown of my problem
Bought a new insight home, connected it and done the log in procedure, was then prompted to change password from generic (Admin123) to my own,
well, I did not read the requirements correctly and entered a 8-digit password instead off a 10 min digit.
you would have accepted it not to have worked, but it did, I had not realised I had done anything wrong at the time, AND I wrote down my 8 digit password for safe keeping.
I had a play with my new gateway (nothing much, just looked at battery settings) then logged out
Now I cant log back in as the insight home expects to see a ten-digit password, and I have saved a 8 digit password.
no resetting of gateway works.
It locked at schneider I am GUEESSSING.
