Is that DC breaker directional?Ok, hanging inverters. Got the 1st one wired to bus bar. No power coming in yet obviously. Anything wild here?View attachment 160453View attachment 160454
I….don’t….know. Checking nowIs that DC breaker directional?
It is directional so now i am confused. which is line and which is load. I feel like the inverter side is load...Is that DC breaker directional?
"I" would bring the battery lead in through the top and the inverter from the bottom. However assuming you will only use the breaker as a disconnect when powered down...it doesn't matter. It is directional so now i am confused. which is line and which is load. I feel like the inverter side is load...
No fuse yet. But am going to fix thatBefore you energize the battery to AIO, if it is LiFePO4, make sure you do a pre-charge. This can be done with a lightbulb or a resistor that you place across the shutoff breaker. Inrush current from the AIO capacitors can be extreme. Though I am not sure if your AIO is designed to work around the issue.
BTW, do you have a fuse inline from the battery?
Where would you suggest putting the fuseBefore you energize the battery to AIO, if it is LiFePO4, make sure you do a pre-charge. I would.Do i need a fuse for each inverter
