You are looking for Peak Load Shave function, which is available with the Schneider out of the box.

I do that with my Sol-Ark 24/7.
One thing you also need to consider is the flexibility of having 6 programmable Time Slots vs only having three.
I use five time slots in order to use as little Grid Power as Possible while still making sure I have enough battery power left to be completely off Grid at night if there is a power outage.

If it matters to anyone, GreenTech gave me a quote of $6195 (+taxes, $100 delivery) for Sol-Ark 15k. So it definitely can be had for less than advertised $7k price. One of my friend also got it from a local PV supplier for <$6k.

I think that you might find you're also missing the parallel cables (~$100) and the conduit boxes (~$100/ea), if you care about that.

How are Greentech's prices in general for non-registered contractors? Specifically curious about solar panels due to shipping issues. I know they don't have any of the cheaper batteries.

I have found their prices all over the place. I have 3 different locations nearby and their prices for same equipment vary significantly. For the 15K, I got quotes ranging from $6200 to $7800 ?‍

There is no comparison, Schneider all day everyday but if you had to ask that question....stick with the Sol-Ark15k or the EG4 18kpv if you're the type that likes to gamble.

i was only asking for the model to help me get started in looking at the brand. i know they are high end
