What version was on bevore? Old or new comm board? (Search in formum to see differneces) What fw do you try to load?

Yeah, it works with the right fw and driver.. For the new comm board you need the 067 fw version and the exar corp driver. You can download both from my server: https://bretz.mooo.com/s/A8Nt9fc7gb7jFAd

As wired as it may sound.. are you using the original usb cable from growatt? I tried 10or more cables and nothing sorked until i got a original one.. no clue whats special with that one, looks like any other cable, but it works and the others not.. Also try a factory reset and see if that...

What does it show in Device Manager after you installed the Driver? Does it still show a yellow sign with an exclamation Mark? If so, its not the correct driver. And how does Windows crash? Blue screen? Tell us more, makes it easier to help..

Try to disconnect anything and wait for like 5minutes, then short all the connections (battery +/-) pv, p,n,e (preferably wirh a discharge resistor!) And then try again, they usually come back after a real powecycle. Good luck

Ckeck if you have the new or old comm board before you do the update. The old uses the siliconlabs driver, the new uses a XR21V1410 driver. Dont mess with the new one.. But as you have the 04 fw on, it should be the old comm board.

You can use solar assistant, it runs on a raspberry pi.. then you can change some settings
