Here in Hungary we have a balance tariff. And it is a yearly balance. So what you sell on summer you can consume on winter. If you overproduce and the sell-buy is positive then you got almost nothing for that. But who cares if you can heat the house in winter from the summer PV generation.

It has a PE-N relay as all Voltronic inverters like MPP Solar. So when battery mode then it connects N_out to PE. When line mode it connects N_in to N_out.

It is not allowed to break or switch PE in any case. You have a grounding rod so you will not feed back fault current. RCBO's and RCD's only work because you have a good grounding. If grounding is bad, big resistance ... then they work less. ATS only switches Line and Neutral. Never the ground.
