The first 1A1A had a bug, although it did not affect me. They fixed it with a later 1A1A.

What happens if you turn off seamless switch? Just to see if that makes a difference.

Can you do that through the EG4 AP or is it interface only?

You can change it on monitor.eg4electronics.com just put in your password that you use for the app. It’s under the maintenance tab.
