200AH batteries, but have a 180-190AH capacity?

I was looking online tonight and found a 200AH battery with 180-190AH Capacity. What?!?! Which totally makes no sense. It is clearly advertised as a 200AH battery, but the specs tell a different story. I wonder if this is becoming a trend.

Plastic case? CALB used to make vinyl cased cells but they stopped making them a couple years ago. Maybe Winston still makes them like that.
Internal resistance is quite high.
Also unaware of anyone currently manufacturing 200 ah cells.
Probably used cells with no idea of their provenance.
