So 52" x 39". The 39 inch dimension is easy. Most 60 cell panels are about 66" x 39" They come in wattage range from 230 to well over 300 watts for the current ones.
This Kyocera panel is 59" x 39" Not made for many years but can still be found if you really look.

I was trying to picture it in my head, but yeah something like that would do.

Would there be any benefit to going 2 panels as apposed to one?

I bought used 240 watt panels on eBay they were 65x 39

Some with an MPPT controller. I thought you had size restrictions? If you can fit two 66" inch panels then go with the 60 cell panels. They are readily available and cheap.

Yeah I do have size restriction. Basically side to side I need to stick with 39-41 inches, and length from front to back about 54"
