Yes, you can do that. Is it recommended? Not usually. The lower granularity of monitoring may not be worth it.

My preference would be to create four 16s batteries, each with their own BMS. The benefits of doing it that way are that you have small, lighter batteries (though still quite heavy at 180 lbs), better cell monitoring, and a higher total amp rating (4x150 instead of 1x150).
