I am trying to design my POV array. I am planning on a 3s3p array. Does anyone have a link or drawing showing the connectors/fuse sizes/junction box I need for this set-up. I have drawn it out but am really second guessing myself. I have attached my solar panel specs. Thank you to anyone who can put my mind at ease.

What connectors are on your panels?
If MC4, then all you need is a pair of these:

or

Connect 3 sets of panels in series, then plug in all negative leads to one branch connector and all positive leads into the other. The 2 outputs, one from each connector, goes to your SCC.

Will your SCC accept 3x the Voc for input voltage?
37.4Voc x 3 = 112V (plus temp compensation)

I was looking at the for the solar charge controller. 48 volt battery bank.

Tracer 5415AN MPPT Charge Controller 50 amp

12V / 24V / 36V/ 48V DC Auto
Rated charge current: 50 amp
Max Input Power: 625W-2500W ( 625W/12V battery 1250W/ 24V battery 1875W/ 36V battery 2500W/ 48V battery)
Max.PV open circuit voltage: 150VDC (138V at 25℃ temperature)
Battery type selection: Lithium, lead-acid ( Gel, Sealed ) Flooded batteries and User
Common-Negatived Ground Controller
Battery Input:8V~68V
User programmable for battery types, load control etc.
Termina: 6AWG/16mm2
Recommended cable: 6AWG/16mm2

They are MC4. To get them on the roof I will have to put them in landscape. I will likely need to make the leads longer. Is 10 awg wire sufficient for all runs?

Is the fuse already or likely to already be in the connectors that came on my panel or do I need to add fuses between each panel?

Your 3S3P array looks very good for this SCC in terms of input voltage.

9x 180w = 1620w
I saw your other thread, will assume 48v battery bank
1620w / 48v = 33.75a charging.

looks like its nicely matched setup.

Here's a diagram for Midnight solar's three breaker combiner. I think this diagram is what you might be talking about. I happen to have the 6 breaker version. In your application, with panels putting out 8A, you'd want 12A breakers.
