I picked up eight of the YHKAM 90AH cells that Battery Hookup had a couple weeks ago. I'm using them to build a 8S 24V battery pack. The studs on either end are fairly short( ~3/8"). Instead of individual bus bars my plan is to use 1/8" x 4" x 12" copper plates with holes drilled accordingly to connect them in series. I know the ampacity of the 1/8" copper plate is plenty high enough for my application. Does anyone else have any ideas for connecting these in series? Any critiques of how I plan to build this?

Thanks,
Nathan

I ended up just making my own bus bars out of 1/8" x 1" copper bar. I spaced the holes at 2.5" CTC and it left a small gap between each battery for air flow.
