A quick sanity check..

I've been scrolling through threads here to find information on adding battery capacity to my RV's system. I have a 200ah 12V system that I'd like to add 400ah to. Considering the electrical requirements, is it as simple as wiring the battery in parallel, keeping in mind cable length for the legs needs to be the same for charging purposes?

Are you talking about adding two more 200Ah in parallel? If so, yep. See link #6 in my signature section 3, where it talks about paralleling batteries.

Heh... whelp, it's only been ~5 years for me (when my addiction started), so it's even more meaningful, and it was just updated in March, 2023. The html version is new, and seems highly usable to me. I just updated my link from the PDF.
