Add eyelets (M10) to Ampere Time charger?

Add eyelets (M10) to Ampere Time charger? Can I cut alligator clips off and splice an SAE connector, then buy exisitng eyelet clips (or manufacture my own?) so long as I stick with same gauge of wire, or beefier?

As long as the connector and wires are rated for the voltage and current you should be fine.
