AGM profile safe for lithium

Is a dcdc charger with an AGM profile safe to charge a lithium battery...
I know it nay not fully charge it to 100 %
But us ot safe on the newer Lithium batteries ?

Not All Lithium specs are the same & Not All DC2DC is the same either.

If You are “specific“ on what DC2DC “make & model” & “specific“ on which Lithium batteries it can be “specifically” reviewed here.

I just purchased & installed a Kisae 1250 & it has FLA, AGM, Lithium, & Programmable settings. User sets the voltages and amperages.

If you look at the specs of the DC2DC you are considering & the Lithium specs, you will probably discover the voltages of the DC2DC are too high for the Lithium. Then the amperage might be less than ideal.
