alibaba purchase for Catl 310ah advice

I currently have a 48v system with Catl 310ah cells. I want to upgrade(double) my battery and am looking at purchasing 16x Catl 301ah cells. (needs to match my existing cells)

My system is 2+ years old and i am looking through this forum for reliable names/company to source from via Alibaba.

I hear 2 below names as reliable contact, thought the posts are old.
