Allpowers s2000 pro - xt60 charging port

Hi all, I am new to the portable power station field. I have a Allpowers s2000 pro and I am having problem charging the unit with the hardkorr 200w lifestyle blanket (produced 21V and around 6A at the testing time) and in car cigarette lighter socket. When I plucked it in the Xt60 the unit does not charge at all.
Advice or suggestions please.

Did you ever figure this out? Contact the manufacturer or get a new unit or parts?

I just had the same problem with a different model - Allpowers R600 beige. It arrived dead on delivery and wouldn't charge via solar/dc charging. However it would charge via AC charging.

Did your unit arrive with dead battery (0%)?
