Any downside to oversize an inverter? 5kw Solis for 3.7kwp

As the title says any major downsides?

I want to fit further panels in 2 years so I am going for a 5kw Solis hybrid inverter for 3.7kwp connected in serie.

Inverters are more efficient near the upper range of their rating. i.e. if you used an 8000W inverter for an 800W load you might be using 20% more power than a 1000W inverter with that same load for example. Very few manufacturers show their efficiency curves only the "maximum efficiency" which would be at a specific load.
