anyone bought growatt all in one systems from their official source?

I was trying to understand the difference between the older growatt models and the new ES version and landed upon the site ginverter.com. I gor the email from there and tried their sales. They got back very late but eventually did. I was looking to get the spf5000es and in alibaba, its price is over 650$ upto 695$. I was eventually offered to buy from their site and quoting me $550. That seems very reasonable and I have seem over 900$ in US. But this surely doesnt include shipping.

In any case, I just want to know if anyone has bought one from them directly. I just hope its genuine.
