Anyone hooked up a gas generator to their EG4 load center?

I'm waiting for my backordered chargeverters. In the meantime we've had some cloudy days and I'd like to hookup my westinghouse 12500 peak 9500watt operating rated generator to the AC input of my EG4 load center for my dual EG4 6500 inverters. I can limit my loads....that isn't a problem. Is there a way to limit the AC input allowed by each inverter so I can keep my generator at no more then 60% load?

Has anyone here done this before? Also, when I want to charge my batteries do I need to turn off PV input first? Or can I run PV input and AC input at the same time?

You can limit charging amps from AC.
You can not limit input amps.
You have to (manually) limit output loads.

You can charge from both solar and AC at the same time.
