Anyone interested in a neey 15amp active balancer

Looking to buy a neey active balancer 15amp and have been told if I can take 5 the price reduces massively. About 30% less a unit. Looking to see if anyone would like on. These are coming from a EU warehouse would have them in about a week ready to ship to any suitors. Cost is around £225 shipped to you.

15Amp? really?
I have to ask: do you NEED a 15Amp active balancer? Seems way over the top, or a symptom of poor cells?

{I bought a few 2A active balancers and have never used them, the JK keeps the packs balanced from a good top balance starting point, and I never saw any reasons to add the active balancers}

I use a seplos BMS in a case from EEL they have the balancer cables integrated to PCB boards and it throw the seplos out whack. They are set to trigger at 3.45 and it never charged to unit this morning.
