Anyone used Expert Power?

I am wondering if anyone has used Expert Power to purchase cells. I have had less than stellar experiences buying cells directly from China or from the stateside warehouse suppliers.

Thanks for the reply. I have had problems with the Docan 280aH cells. Maybe the 100aH are better but I am seeking a truly responsible battery vendor.
