Anyone using Big Battery Products? Any input on the company and their batteries

I am considering buying a kit from Big Battery which consists of a Growatt hybrid inverter and a 12 KWh battery. Has anyone purchased this kit or items from Big Battery? If so what was you experience.

I recall some pretty belligerent posts here from big battery. Also recall abysmal customer service. But it’s been a while. Maybe better now?

I bought a 5Kwh 36 volt battery for my golf cart. Works great.
I got a bundled solar system with panels, a Solark 12K and a Big Battery 15kwh Kong Elite. Absolutely no problems after a year of use. The battery gets a ton of use since we shift our draws based upon TOU grid charges.
I think ? you might have more problems with the Growatt than their batteries ?!
