Looking for a way to determine if my battery bank is shot. I had an over-discharge event on my batteries a few weeks ago. Disconnected the inverter, powered everything down except the charge controller, panels, and battery bank. It took a week (middle of winter) but the battery bank did eventually recover and fully charge. I turned the inverter back on, plugged in the refrigerator (everything else is still disconnected), and within an hour it's down to like 25% or less.

For what its worth I don't like my battery display/info meter. MT50. I don't know how to get anything useful out of it.

What type if battery are you using? How are you determining the state of charge? It may be off for a bit as your BMS recalibrates.

MT50 isn’t known for adequate SOC monitoring, with such low production in winter im thinking you just need more time at high voltage to charge back up

*assuming you don’t have FLA and dropped voltage down to 10v or something.

How to ask a question:
Provide Make & Model of ALL your equipment.
Make/Model &/OR full description of battery packs if DIY...
Your Charging Profile information for Solar & inverter/Charger or AIO.
LINKS to any product in use is always valuable.

Then you MAY get an answer that is actually an answer.
