Battery disconnect relay wiring.

I know this is super simple. In wills 24v battery video he attached a relay to the victron lvd what wires go where in my system?

I'm in a similar position. On Will's website blueprint, he advises to omit the battery protect. Not sure if its because of the batteries own management system or something else.

He States it due to the inverter might send power back into the relay

Cheers. Not that clued up but think the victron uses mosfets. could be directional. Like I say I'm a beginner at this

Will updated his video(s) in te disconnect and there has been discussion which pointed out the initial videos had it wrong. Check out this thread and search for a few others that have covered the Battery Protect unit.

I really want to use the Victron Battery Protect 220A

But I can't! My RV system charges the batteries through the inverters and Battery Protect will not allow a charge voltage to feed back through it. Voltage only one way through the Battery Protect. Does anyone have a work around for this?
