I have 4 100ah Lifpo batteries. They are currently hooked up in 2S2P for 24 volts/200ah.

I have acquired 2 additional batteries, 12volt 200ah each (so basically like 2 12volts in one). Can i wire these 2 new batteries in series for 24v/200ah then add them in parallel to the other bank?

Yes, just make sure to protect them separately. (Fuse or breaker)

Most people would recommend a class T fuse.
But, if you think that that fuse would handle the expected loads. It would be better than nothing.

Lifepo4 batteries have the capability to discharge 10,000(?) amps when shorted, an ANL fuse can only interrupt about 2700 amps and will not suffice IMO. A typical Class T fuse is capable of interrupting 20,000 amps.
