I was trying to input the same settings as @Crowz in this post which has the desired result.

It seems to be working as described now.

14.1 is what Im running and it works great. The way this is working think of it as the bulk charge value.

Oh I see now it will sit and wait for it to drop to 13.02 before kicking in again.

Though actually its 13.01 where it kicks in. Remember that .01 setting you had to go into? That is the actual kick back in setting.
