I bought my second AC200 max and upon initial startup recieved an alarm and error code 029. I believe this is an overheat temp sensor triggering this. The unit will only start up, but won't take any charge and not able to use dc or inverter. Customer support has been sparse at best. I bought it off the Bluetti store on Amazon and both them and someone on the Bluetti forum have responded to me, but they just tell me the same thing, bring it into a more temperate environment. My house is at 75* F and my other unit works fine. They told me they would send me a prepaid label, but have yet to see it. They have asked for me to be patient, which I am, but does anybody else know if there is anything that can be done to get this one working? In the meantime I'm waiting for the prepaid shipping label.
