Bus Bar for Anderson style PP120 or PP180 connector

Hi,

I have 4x 11kWh 48V battery modules. I would like to setup a bus bar to run them in parallel. I also plan to use Anderson PP180 style connectors. Any recommendations for 600A bus bar that will fit these connectors?

The Anderson PP180 are made for a #2 copper conductor. There is no provision for a bolted connection.

The datasheet mentions something about fast swapping with a busbar connection. Not sure what this means. Could do something like 600A busbar->ring terminal->4/0 wire->Anderson terminal->Anderson PP180->battery?

Yes, but not 4/0 wire.
