I'm wondering what the advantages or disadvantages would be in using either of these in a DIY lifepo4 build? I'm building my own enclosure so either should work fine I think. First build so hoping I can get a little guidance.
If using the terminal studs I would have my Battery/BMS cables connected to the terminal bolt on the inside of the enclosure, with my main system cable on the outside. I would also like to have a Victron charger permanently attached on the outside terminal as well (to use when necessary with a generator).
Any problems having both the main cable and external charger both connected to the same terminals?
And would one of these methods be more suitable than the other?
