Your bus bar is going to need to be whatever the maximum draw of ALL the things connected to it PLUS about 20% overhead for safety. As an example, a 24v 3Kw inverter will be able to draw over 150a on its own. If you add in 30a worth of DC fuse block and devices you'll need 150a + 30a = 180a +20%. Fortunately bus bars come in pretty standard sizes so the next model up should be a 250 or 300 size bus bar which is likely sufficient.
