Can I mix 30A bms with a 100A bms?

Hi All,

So I've seen a great deal on 2 x 100Ah Lifepo4 batteries for £471! BUT, the ad says the BMS is only 30A charge and discharge!

I already have 2 x 100Ah batteries with 100A charge and discharge, if I get these 2 extra batteries, will there be any issues?

The most I've seen from my AiO with amps, was 88A discharge. My question is, will these 2 x 30A batteries in series, will they trip out when I use more than the 30A rating, leaving the 2 x 100A batteries to carry the load? Winter is nearly upon us here, and I want to be able to use more on battery than mains electricity.

What is the expected maximum discharge?

Interesting that an unbalanced connection might be needed to favor the load to the batteries with a larger output. If the load is smaller such as under 50 amps it may not matter.

Or possibly need four of those value priced batteries.
