Hi all,

I have posted before, last year I was battling with some Chinese batteries which were supposed to talk to my growatt inverter, however, I was defeated and ended up buying 2 x seplos 10e BMS, one is 200a other is 100a, only reason I didn't buy the same is I picked up the 200a cheap from eBay.

Anyway, I successfully swapped out and the growatt inverter picked up the batteries successfully.

However, I've literally installed BMS, connected and that's it.

Are there any settings I should change in the BMS.

For example, it seems by batteries are throttles at 3kw hr discharge.

Also it's 9 degrees outside now and it seems to have dropped to 0.25 kwh discharge with 40% soc showing. The BMS is showing a low pressure alarm.

Also the soc seems to jump, earlier when charging from panels it jumped from 80% to 90% almost immediately.

Similarly, though current Soc is 40 ish % I must be close to the total amount of kw/hr it can discharge. Last night it did similar thing, throttled to 0.25 discharge and then the soc slumped to 1%.

Almost feels like the soc is not calibrated with the cells?

Any settings I should change or advice welcome.

The manual can be found in the resources section.
This would be a good start too

Using 2 different sized BMS in one stack is not recommended
