Cell Cap. Voltages for BMS

I’m using 3x DIY 190ah batteries each with a 4S Overkill Solar BMS.

What Cell Cap. Voltages are recommended for 10% up to 100% and everywhere in between? These are my current settings which don’t seem right:

These numbers are just for estimating SOC so wouldn't worry about them. Voltage is a poor indication of SOC when between the knees.
 
What stand out to me is the Balancer Configuration Start voltage at 3400 (3.4v).

That is right at the bottom edge of the upper charge knee, and depending on the cells, that can lead to variable results.

Recommended to raise that to at least 3450 (3.45v) or higher, since it is usually recommended to balance when in the mid to upper part of the knee, not at the start. Other threads touch upon this.
 
I’d also drop the delta voltage for balancing down to 10mv, passive balancers need as much help as they can get, start it earlier.
