Chargery help

So I setup the chargery on my 2p4s 280 ah cell pack.

I had to recalibrate the shunt and did it twice. I can't get it to read anything in or out. Before I calibrated it was at -2 with nothing going on. I'm using 500amp 75mv shunt from a smart shunt with gauge. Do I need to use the shunt that came with the chargery?

Thanks

Is that the revision that came with it? It would be good to get it up to the most current release..... but that is probably no your problem.

I would try resetting the BMS to default and start over.

That's what came in it. I can reset and start over. I was on lipo and it was showing out. Took me awhile to find where to change to life. Then I calibrated it and 0 in or out.

I think it is necessary to calibrate 0, charge current, and load current. Did you apply a known amperage and calibrate in and out?

If you download version 4.02 of the manual ..... follow the steps on page 36 exactly to get a good calibration.

Yes I did that. I watched Will and another guy do it. I new i had to do it because I was using a different shunt

Glad you got it working .... if you update to the latest firmware you will be glad you did. SOC works pretty good and cell voltages much more stable with the latest update.

Thanks for the help.

I have watched and read a lot. This place has a lot of info. I can't wait to finish this thing. Right now I have it to where the charger winds down at 3.55 v a cell. I need to build my box do I can install all the parts. I don't have the DCC in line yet
