Charging 24v system with alternator - alternative

Hello, I am trying to think through a solution to a backup charging method for my 24v system. I am considering wether it would be possible to use an inverter as such https://www.amazon.com/BESTEK-Inver...qid=1639679769&sprefix=inverte,aps,212&sr=8-4 to power the charging function of my inverter charger while driving in order to charge the battery bank while driving. Any thought or advice to whether this would work is much appreciated.

Can you dial down the amount of amps/watts your charger used?

How many amps or watts does your charger use? (What is on the label?)

Another idea - but more expensive- is to get a 12v to 24v battery charger and wire it to your car. For example look at Victron Orion Tr smart 12/24-10. There are other companies as well ~ Sterling.

Another backup method would be to get a couple of solar panels - put them in the sun and connect a mppt SCC(solar charge controller) to them and your battery.

Thanks that’s exactly what I ended up going with. The Orion that is. It’s been working great.
