The Growatt end of the comms cable is pretty well explained in the Growatt manual. Pins 1&2 are the RS485 port and pins 4&5 are the CAN port on a standard RJ45 plug. That would be great if the BMS had a RJ45 plug anywhere on it. The comms port on the BMS is a 5-pin micro plug with absolutely NO indication on the unit or in the reference material as to which pins are assigned to which protocols. I can't be the first person to be pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to get my Daly BMS to exchange LFP battery data with my Growatt 6000. Very interested in hearing how anyone has solved this mystery and achieved a link between the two units.
