I will be upgrading my inverter that has ring terminals for the battery connection, to a Victron Phoenix VE.Direct that has screw terminals... do I have any other choice than to cut off the ring terminals on my new conductors?
Convert/adapt ring terminal to screw terminal?

Not without adding connections, which could create hot spots.

Sigh... it will hurt to cut them off since I just upgraded to them but thanks for that bit of info
